The Parkside Condominium development is a 116-unit complex located at Guadelupe Parkway and Park Avenue in San Jose, California. It was accomplished in conjunction with the Redevelopment Agency of San Jose, to provide affordable housing for moderate income families. Interior site spaces create a sense of community for interaction of residents as well as provide ample play areas for children in a secure environment. The project was privately developed by Fountain Lane Properties and was Sold Out far more quickly than projected, due to its aesthetic appeal, comfortable floor plans and affordable price.
