For home emergencies that occur during normal business hours,
Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., call our New Home Service Department at 408-292-7841.
For home emergencies that occur after the normal hours,
please follow the procedures outlined in the warranty manual you received during your new home orientation walkthrough.
