Presidio El Camino
The ground has officially been broken on Presidio El Camino apartments in the City of Santa Clara! This property fronts El Camino Real and the design of California Mission and Spanish architectural styles will contribute to the Grand Boulevard vision of The El Camino Real. The project design includes a ground level arched arcade, decorative tile accents and mission towers.
This community, on .82 acres, will consist of 40 affordable studio and one-bedroom apartments. Many on-site amenities and lush landscaping, along with green building practices will enhance the quality of life for the residents of Presidio El Camino.
