Experience

Core Builders has constructed over 1,500 affordable apartments, townhouses, and single family in 15 different communities. Core Builders projects range from eight story concrete midrise buildings, to single family home subdivisions. We are specialists in multi-story, multi-family construction. We have extensive experience in podium work and all public and private improvements. We are accomplished at working with City, County, and State building codes and regulations. Many of our projects have "prevailing wage" requirements, and we are comfortable and competent at managing the paperwork and documentation required by the governing agencies.

Schedule

We know how important schedules are for projects and are committed to keeping your project on its critical path, endeavoring to anticipate problems before they become issues or emergencies. Whether the potential problem is due to inclement weather conditions, inspection delays, or to one of the many other complications that arise during construction, we will make every effort to anticipate and prepare for any eventuality.

Pre-Construction

We are willing and able to join with you and your consultants to assist in coordinating your plans and specifications to maintain a high level of constructability throughout the design and construction drawing phases of your project. If we are engaged at the early stages of your project, we can be a real asset by helping you put together a more cost-effective project.

Costs

Core Builders will work with your team to control the design process, maintaining the quality of the design; while, developing clear construction documents that will guarantee an efficient and affordable result. We will regularly update your estimated cost to enable the owner to make any required value engineering decisions in a timely manner.

Safety

We pride ourselves on accident-free construction sites. Our staff is highly trained and receives ongoing updates and instruction to stay abreast of new safety procedures. We require and monitor regularly scheduled safety meetings with our own staff and the staffs of all subcontractors on our projects. A clean site is a safe site.
